How You Can Help
“Philanthropy fuels the quest for answers.”
Philanthropy has the power to advance research, drive social change, and save lives.
It is only through the generosity of our philanthropic partners that we, at GAPPS, are able to do what we do. Since GAPPS was founded in 2007, our committed community of donors has helped raise $6.5 million in support of our efforts to find the causes and solutions to preterm birth and stillbirth. With this initial funding we are accomplishing key milestones, but there is still much to do. We need your help.
GAPPS is seeking to build a community of donors who care about preventing prematurity and stillbirth and bringing cost-effective solutions to women and newborns around the world. We believe that philanthropy can revolutionize the field of research and advance solutions in this field. Every dollar we receive has the potential to save a mother and her newborn.
We invite you to join our donor community and make a difference by supporting GAPPS in one of the following ways:
Become a Research Champion for GAPPS, an initiative of Seattle Children’s
By making a gift of $1,000 or more ($2,500 for corporation or organizations) you will become part of a group of people committed to finding solutions to the global crisis of prematurity and stillbirth. Gifts from Research Champions are directed toward areas of greatest need, such as supporting highly promising research projects, training the next generation of research-scientists around the world, acquiring cutting edge lab tools, and developing innovative interventions that will prevent prematurity and stillbirth. Together, with your help, we can find the solutions and save lives.
